Inspirations

From my influences, through my lens, and out to you, here are my current (and past) inspirations.

What I’m Reading

Science, Order and Creativity by David Bohm and F David Peat
Science, Order and Creativity David Bohm and F. David Peat

I was turned onto David Bohm from an article I googled when searching for quantum consciousness. David Bohm didn’t accept the randomness of conventional quantum theory, instead he believed in a higher level of underlying order he called quantum potential, uniting our complex and unpredictable manifest world.

Other books I’ve read recently.

Yoga Playlists

We keep an iPod at the studio stocked with playlists suited for many types of yoga. I teach mostly flow classes where the importance of good tunes rivals the importance of a good yoga mat. Here’s some of the latest playlists I’ve assembled, often from the inspiration of the amazing Clara Roberts-Oss. If you have some to share of your own, I’d love to exchange inspirations. Drop me an email.
